Shipping & Return Policy
The minimum order size is $32. We now ship to ONLY the following states: AL, AR, CT, DC, DE, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, KS, LA, MD, MI, MO, MN, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI, WV and cannot ship to PO boxes due to carrier restrictions. Shipping costs vary by order size:

Most orders ship within two business days, but because our food is refrigerated, we ship orders only Monday through Wednesday to maintain freshness and product safety (UPS and FedEx will not guarantee Saturday or Sunday delivery). So if you place an order on Wednesday, it will not ship until the following Monday or Tuesday. We will let you know if any products that you have ordered are out-of-stock or unavailable for immediate shipment within these parameters. Please make sure that you have entered the correct address as we are not responsible for orders that are sent to the wrong address.
Return PolicyWe offer returns for manufacturing defects or fulfillment mistakes (i.e., the product is defective, or you did not receive what you ordered) within thirty days of purchase. Please email us at email@example.com to tell us the reason for the return and to request a return authorization. Please do not return any items without prior authorization as our fulfillment facility cannot accept unauthorized parcels.
If you receive items that are damaged in shipping, please email us within three days of receiving the product at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll try to solve the problem. Ultimately, it may be the responsibility of the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to fix the issue and get new products to you as soon as possible.
